As a Health Coach at Twin Health, you play a crucial role in supporting our members on their journey towards better health and happiness. Your responsibilities include being the primary point of contact for assigned members, offering personalized support, and ensuring a high-touch experience. You bridge the gap between health and technology by guiding members to make informed lifestyle changes using the Twin platform. Motivating and empowering members to achieve their health goals through sustained behavior change, education, and encouragement is key to your role. Additionally, you interpret member health data, provide individualized nutrition and lifestyle coaching, and promote the Twin philosophy of healing through scientific guidance. Your performance as a Health Coach is measured based on key areas such as demonstrating health improvements in assigned members, ensuring member engagement and adherence to protocols, maintaining member retention and reactivation, fostering member referrals, and effectively managing a defined member load. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Health Sciences, a Master's in Food & Dietary Nutrition, and certification from NBHWC, ACE, or equivalent health coaching body. A minimum of 5 years of experience in health/nutrition counseling, fluency in English and Hindi, passion for health and behavior change, and proficiency in digital health platforms are essential qualifications.
