Performance Marketing Lead


What You’ll Do


  • Own the performance marketing strategy & execution across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms
  • Analyze creative performance and guide the design/content teams with data-backed insights
  • Lead experimentation with ad formats, audience segments, and creative approaches
  • Build performance dashboards and translate metrics into meaningful business outcomes
  • Collaborate with client strategy and growth teams to optimize budgets and drive ROAS
  • Stay ahead of the curve on ad tech, attribution, and creative optimization trends


What We’re Looking For


  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid media strategy
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of creative optimization, audience strategy, and conversion funnels
  • A mix of data-driven and creative thinking
  • Experience leading small teams or managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
