Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Youneek Pro Science, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic campaign execution and a deep understanding of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising logic. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, focusing primarily on Meta Ads. - Managing campaign budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer acquisition and revenue growth. - Conducting rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates. - Analyzing campaign performance data, generating comprehensive reports, and providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. - Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing, especially within the D2C and personal care sectors. - Collaborating closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences. - Monitoring competitor activities and identifying opportunities for differentiation and market advantage. - Contributing to the overall marketing strategy and growth initiatives with a data-driven perspective. Qualifications required for this role: - 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically managing paid digital advertising campaigns. - Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing campaigns for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands. - Deep expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and understanding of attribution models. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate insights clearly. Preferred skills include experience in the personal care, beauty, or wellness sector, familiarity with other paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads), experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies, knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices, understanding of CRM systems and customer journey mapping, a keen eye for emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, and being proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.,
