We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing documentation and orientation sessions. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Respond to employee queries and provide general administrative support to the HR department. Conduct basic research and prepare reports on HR metrics and trends. Help with payroll processing and benefits administration (if applicable). Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
