HR Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing documentation and orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Respond to employee queries and provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Conduct basic research and prepare reports on HR metrics and trends.
• Help with payroll processing and benefits administration (if applicable).
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
