Job Description

As a Customer Calling Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle order follow-ups, feedback calls, product inquiries, WhatsApp opt-ins, and build meaningful relationships with potential and existing customers. Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to customers (order confirmation, feedback, Issue Calls, RTO Calls etc.) Explain product benefits clearly and empathetically Encourage WhatsApp community opt-ins and reviews/testimonials Handle basic queries about orders, delivery, usage instructions Maintain call records, insights, and daily reporting Requirements: Good spoken communication in Hindi + English or Telugu/Tamil Basic knowledge of skincare and haircare is a plus Previous tele calling and customer care experience preferred Patience, empathy, and a friendly tone are a must Ability to work with a CRM or Excel for daily logs Strong follow-up and attention to detail Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
