Job Summary:

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM),

Google Ads, and Facebook Ads to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The idealcandidate

will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing

campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Campaign Execution:

• Develop and implement performance-driven social media marketing strategies.

• Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms like

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.

• Create targeted campaigns to drive conversions, increase customer acquisition, and grow brand presence.

2. Google Ads & Facebook Ads Management:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to maximize

performance.

3. Data-Driven Optimization:

• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior.

• Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve key performance

indicators (KPIs) such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost-Per-Click), conversion

rate, and customer acquisition costs.

4. Budget Management:

• Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI (Return on Investment).

• Monitor ad spend and adjust campaigns to achieve the best Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA)

and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

5. Audience Targeting & Market Research:

• Leverage audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to reach high-converting

customers.

• Conduct competitor analysis and use social listening tools to stay updated with market

trends.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads,

Facebook Ads, and social media marketing.

• Proven track record of running successful performance-driven campaigns.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, customer journey, and conversion

optimization.

• Experience with budgeting and performance tracking for social media ad spend.

• Hands-on experience in campaign management.
