Role Overview

Performance Marketing Intern

You’ll work closely with the marketing team to manage paid campaigns, conduct performance analysis, and contribute innovative ideas to improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation for ongoing campaigns.
Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
Help in optimizing campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to identify trends and insights.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
Conduct competitor analysis and research on industry best practices.
Support the team in budget management and tracking ad spends.

Required Skills & Experience

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO basics is a plus.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends.
