Role Overview: You will assist in the development, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, social media, email, and display advertising. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for campaign improvement. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad copy and engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences. Support the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Help manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance marketing strategies. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.,
