Role Overview: We are seeking a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and ROI. You will also manage and lead a team , ensuring proper delegation, task assignment, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage and handle the performance marketing team, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication Assign daily/weekly tasks to team members and monitor their execution and delivery timelines Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital ad networks Optimize campaigns to meet KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality creatives Manage budgets efficiently for maximum campaign impact and ROI Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications: Preferred experience in Working with Marketing Agency Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing Proven experience in managing or mentoring junior team members Strong command over tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms Familiarity with SEO/SEM, retargeting, and keyword strategies Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus Experience working in a digital marketing agency is required Industry ● Advertising Services Employment Type ● Full-time Show more Show less
