We’re currently looking for a talented Google Ads Specialist with agency experience to join our team and manage campaigns across a range of clients and industries.

Job Summary:

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads for our clients. You will work closely with the strategy and creative teams to deliver ROI-focused campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping).
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Develop and test ad copy and creative assets to maximize performance.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Manage and report on campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting.
• Track conversions via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Lead, support, and train junior PPC executives or team members as needed.
• Collaborate with other internal departments (SEO, Design, Account Management) to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
• Stay informed about new trends, updates, and features in the Google Ads ecosystem.
• Provide clear, actionable reports with insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience running Google Ads campaigns in a digital marketing agency setting.
• Demonstrated experience handling multiple client accounts across diverse industries.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a small team or junior PPC staff.
• Expertise in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping) preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence.
• Ability to manage deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
