ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Manage budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns hit CPA, CPL, and ROAS targets.
Continuously A/B test creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and reporting tools.
Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and present them to stakeholders.
Develop retargeting strategies and custom audience segments to improve conversion rates.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience (2–3 years) in running and scaling paid media campaigns.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and performance dashboards.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization is a plus.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
