About the Role

Performance Marketing Expert

Google, Meta, and Amazon

You’ll lead paid marketing strategy and execution end-to-end — from running campaigns to analysing performance, improving landing pages, and turning insights into growth.


What You’ll Do
  • Own campaigns

    across

    Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads)

    and

    Google (Search, YouTube, Display, Performance Max)

    .
  • Plan and execute

    Amazon Ads

    — keyword research, sponsored products, ACoS optimisation, and brand analytics.
  • Build

    full-funnel strategies

    to acquire, convert, and retain customers.
  • Analyse data, optimise performance, and report on ROI, ROAS, CAC, and other key metrics.
  • Set up and manage

    tracking

    through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and UTM parameters.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to build high-performing ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Run

    A/B tests

    on creatives, audiences, and offers to find winning combinations.
  • Optimise

    e-commerce funnels

    — from product page to checkout — for better conversions.
  • Create and maintain

    dashboards

    and reports for clients.
  • Keep up with the latest tools, policies, and trends in performance marketing.


You Should Have
  • Strong hands-on experience running campaigns on

    Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads

    .
  • Deep understanding of

    e-commerce and D2C brands

    .
  • Knowledge of

    buyer psychology

    , ad copywriting, and creative direction.
  • Working knowledge of

    analytics tools

    (GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Reports, Sheets).
  • Experience in

    tracking and attribution

    — pixels, CAPI, conversion tracking, and events.
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on results and efficiency.
  • The ability to build, optimise, and scale campaigns from scratch.
  • Good communication skills — you’ll explain data and insights clearly to founders and brand managers.
  • Experience with

    Shopify

  • Familiarity with

    SEO, email marketing, and retargeting flows

  • Previous agency experience managing multiple clients.
