Position Overview:

We seek experienced and talented Performance Marketing Experts to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role, and we are looking to hire 2 individuals who are experts in Google and Meta Ads, proficient in Canva, and have excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.

- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and achieve the best possible ROI.

- Create visually appealing graphics and ad creatives using Canva.

- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create effective ad copies and visuals.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically with Google and Meta Ads.

- Skills:

 - Proficiency in Canva for creating graphics and ad creatives.

 - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

 - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Attributes: 

 - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

 - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

 - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹24,000 per month
