Job Description

Performance Marketing Expert


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across

    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads

    , and other paid channels.
  • Manage

    ToFu–MoFu–BoFu

    ad funnels and retargeting campaigns to maximize lead conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce effective ad creatives.
  • Track and analyze user journeys using tools like

    GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity

    .
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and actionable insights for management.
  • Research market trends, competitor strategies, and keyword opportunities.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns stay within allocated limits.
  • Experiment with new channels and campaign types (e.g., YouTube Ads, Performance Max, or remarketing lists).


Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of managing ₹2L+ monthly ad budgets with measurable ROI.
  • Strong command of

    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking

    .
  • Deep understanding of

    funnel-based marketing, audience segmentation, and retargeting.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into strategy.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization (preferably on platforms like WordPress or React/Next.js).
  • Familiarity with

    email automation, remarketing flows

    CRM integrations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads or Meta Certified Professional.
  • Experience with SaaS, HRTech, or B2B campaigns.
