Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Indore for a Performance Marketing Expert. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign performance, managing advertising budgets, conducting A/B testing, optimizing search and social media campaigns, and generating performance reports. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive customer acquisition and brand growth is a key part of the role. Qualifications Expertise in Paid Media Marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic advertising platforms Strong analytical skills in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other data analysis frameworks Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and ROI-focused advertising Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and retargeting strategies to enhance digital visibility and performance Proficient in budgeting, cost analysis, and scaling ad campaigns effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and stakeholder collaboration Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects effectively Previous experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or relevant roles is advantageous A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
