Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Indore for a Performance Marketing Expert. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign performance, managing advertising budgets, conducting A/B testing, optimizing search and social media campaigns, and generating performance reports. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive customer acquisition and brand growth is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Paid Media Marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic advertising platforms
• Strong analytical skills in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other data analysis frameworks
• Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and ROI-focused advertising
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and retargeting strategies to enhance digital visibility and performance
• Proficient in budgeting, cost analysis, and scaling ad campaigns effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and stakeholder collaboration
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects effectively
• Previous experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or relevant roles is advantageous
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
