We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is data-driven, analytical, and passionate about scaling digital performance through smart execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising & Performance Campaigns

Execute performance-driven campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, Amazon Advertising, and Flipkart Ads.

Support the end-to-end campaign workflow, setup, targeting, audience segmentation, creative uploads, budget pacing, and optimization.

Track key performance metrics including ROAS, conversions, CAC, CTR, and retention.

Monitor daily ad spends across channels and optimize performance down to SKU level.

2. D2C Website Growth

Assist in driving traffic acquisition, remarketing, and conversion funnel improvements.

Implement retargeting strategies using first-party data and audience insights.

3. Analytics, Reporting & Budget Tracking

Prepare and maintain performance dashboards using GA4, Shopify Analytics, Meta Insights, and internal tools.

Evaluate campaign results daily, weekly, and monthly.

Assist in forecasting spends and analyzing performance based on product trends, seasonality, and inventory.

Conduct basic cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and attribution reviews.

4. Creative & Communication Inputs

Collaborate with designers and video teams by providing data-backed creative briefs.

Identify high-performing hooks, creatives, formats (carousel, reels, banners), and share insights for continuous improvement.

5. Growth Experiments & Innovation

Execute A/B tests across copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Explore new ad formats, platforms, and low-cost growth opportunities.

Support influencer boost campaigns and performance-driven affiliate activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

2+ years of experience in performance marketing for a D2C or e-commerce brand.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Flipkart PLA.

Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel, and remarketing workflows.

Strong understanding of core performance metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, customer funnel, attribution, etc.

Good-to-Have:

Experience working on a Shopify D2C brand or festive sale campaigns.

Exposure to electronics, lifestyle gadgets, or mobile accessories category.

Knowledge of email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, MoEngage).

Experience with affiliate or influencer performance networks.

Soft Skills

Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
