Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Unix India, Mumbai (On-Site)

Experience: 1-3 years (Exceptional freshers with strong portfolios are also welcome)

About the Role

Unix India is looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Content Creator who can turn ideas into engaging digital content. If you love storytelling, shooting, editing, and creating content that grabs attention across social media platforms - this role is for you.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and publishing high-quality content that strengthens our brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Ideation

• Develop fresh concepts for videos, reels, and posts aligned with brand tone and audience interests
• Brainstorm creative ideas based on market trends, competitor insights, and platform dynamics

Production & Shooting

• Shoot high-quality photos and videos using an iPhone
• Understand lighting, framing, and basic audio techniques for professional-grade output

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos and reels using CapCut Pro or VN Pro (access provided)
• Create platform-ready visuals, transitions, and storytelling-focused edits

Social Media Execution

• Publish content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Optimize posts for maximum reach, engagement, and performance

Trend & Market Research

• Stay updated with trending formats, viral content ideas, and evolving social media culture
• Quickly adapt concepts to tap into timely moments

Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to maintain cohesive messaging and visuals
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content behavior
• Experience in video shooting, editing, and visual storytelling
• Basic knowledge of camera angles, composition, lighting, and audio

• Proficiency in: Video:

  CapCut, VN |

  Design:

  Canva
• Bonus skills: scriptwriting, voiceovers, photography, or being comfortable on camera
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
