Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, strong problem-solving skills. A keen understanding of SEO and content writing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maximize marketing performance.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or a related role.
• Good problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with content writing and the ability to craft engaging marketing copy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity / Hotjar.
