Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with a strong background in paid advertising, analytics, and organic growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Paid Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for conversions and brand awareness.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROI.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum efficiency.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to track performance.
  • Analyze key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

SEO & SMO

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
  • Manage Social Media Optimization (SMO) across major platforms to improve engagement and reach.

Website & Content Management

  • Manage and update websites using WordPress, including basic page optimization.
  • Coordinate landing page creation and optimization for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure website content aligns with SEO and conversion best practices.

Creative & Design Support

  • Create and edit marketing creatives using Canva for ads, social media, and banners.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand consistency.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • Solid understanding of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical) principles.
  • Experience with SMO strategies and social media performance tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creative design.

Marketing & Analytical Skills

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Understanding of customer funnels and performance-driven growth strategies.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of remarketing, audience segmentation, and automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
