Performance Marketing Executive

Work from Office (not Work from Home)

Responsibilities:

• Handle Amazon & Flipkart performance ads including sponsored products, sponsored brands, and keyword optimization.
• Monitor promotional performance and make data-driven improvements
• Manage daily campaign monitoring, budget pacing, bid optimisation, audience targeting, and creative testing to achieve ROAS and CPA goals.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and performance marketing best practices.

Requirements:

• Work Experience: 0-2 years
• Clear understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and attribution.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions.
