✅ Understand performance marketing foundations (not just boosting)
✅ Basic to advanced metric understanding: CTR, ROAS, CAC, AOV, etc.
✅ Critical & creative thinking for solving ad + funnel challenges
✅ Team coordination + self-accountability (no micromanagement)
✅ Basic Canva for quick reporting tasks (if needed)
