You Should Know: ✅ Meta & Google Ads (setup, scaling, optimization) ✅ Google Sheets, Excel, Google Analytics, and AI tools ✅ Funnel thinking: TOF / MOF / BOF & retargeting ✅ Understand performance marketing foundations (not just boosting) ✅ Basic to advanced metric understanding: CTR, ROAS, CAC, AOV, etc. ✅ Critical & creative thinking for solving ad + funnel challenges ✅ Team coordination + self-accountability (no micromanagement) ✅ Basic Canva for quick reporting tasks (if needed) What You’ll Do: Plan, run & manage Meta/Google campaigns for D2C brands Audit existing campaigns & identify areas for growth Collaborate with content, design & strategy teams Learn, test, adapt — and bring ideas to the table
