Role Overview
We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Executive / Intern
to strategize, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns that drive measurable results.The ideal candidate should be
data-driven, analytical, and creative
, with a deep understanding of paid media channels and digital consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, CTR, conversions, and overall performance.
- Manage and track campaign budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of ad spend.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages.
- Analyze data using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other performance tools to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to align ads with brand messaging.
- Monitor trends, competitor strategies, and new ad formats to stay ahead in digital performance marketing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing key metrics and optimization outcomes.
- Support in building remarketing, lead generation, and conversion campaigns.
- Ensure campaign compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- 0.6 – 6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media Advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and Display Networks.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution models.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Creative approach to ad copy, targeting, and campaign strategy.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals and landing page optimization is an advantage.
