Job Description

Location: Bhubaneswar (Work from Office)

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities

Run and optimize campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
for lead generation.
Track KPIs (
CPL, CTR, ROI, CAC
) and optimize budgets.
Manage tracking & reporting using
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, CRM
.
Execute
A/B testing
and identify new digital growth opportunities.
Handle
daily social media posting, scheduling & engagement
(FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
Respond to comments, DMs, and manage
online reputation
(Google Reviews, Social Media).
Share ORM insights & reports with management.

Requirements

2+ years hands-on execution
in performance marketing & social media.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
.
Familiarity with
analytics, CRM tracking, automation & social scheduling tools
.
Good communication skills for customer engagement & ORM.
Real estate marketing experience is a plus
