Performance Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns with a strong ROI and revenue focus.
• Develop, implement, and manage SEM campaigns across Google Search Ads, Bing Search Ads, and SA360.
• Own keyword research, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and continuous optimization.
• Run A/B tests on ad copies, creatives, and landing page messaging to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including: CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversions Rate
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency
• Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking and attribution
• Stay updated on the latest PPC trends, automation tools, platform updates, and best practices
• Prepare and share weekly performance reports with insights and optimization actions

Requirements

• Bachelors / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–6 years of experience in

  digital or growth marketing

  (B2B focus a must)
• Strong copywriting skills and creative thinking
• Understanding of

  SaaS or CRM products

  (travel industry exposure is a big plus)
• Proficient in Google Search Ads, Bing Search Ads, and SA360
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
