We’re looking for a Visual Designer who’s equally passionate about design and motion, someone who can take an idea and bring it to life across social media, branding, ads, and more. You’ll be working across multiple verticals, including our Marketing Agency and our passion projects, Bharat Youth Network, a movement for India's creative youth. Key Responsibilities Create social media creatives, posters, ads, and branding materials. Design and edit short-form videos (Reels, Ads, Explainers, etc.). Collaborate with content and marketing teams to bring ideas to life. Maintain visual consistency across campaigns and platforms. Contribute to brainstorms, moodboards, and visual identity work. Handle quick turnarounds and multiple projects without losing the vibe. Note: This is not a remote role. We’re building a collaborative, culture-first team, and we’re looking for designers who are excited to work on-site with us in Ahmedabad.
