Position - Performance Marketing

Work Location - Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore

• Responsible for achieving performance marketing goals
• Execute all digital initiatives, including Paid, Owned, and Earned media.
• Self-execute across a wide range of marketing channels (SEM/PPC/Google Ads/Display/Social Media Marketing/ Programmatic/Viral Marketing/Brand Marketing, etc.) and activities (campaign management, keyword targeting, optimization based on data-driven strategies, etc.).
• Continuously discover new growth opportunities by leveraging the power of digital/social media
• Optimize campaign performance using analytics to achieve Returns and ROAS
• Conduct A/B tests to understand user behaviour and improve returns
• Experiment with various advertising channels and track conversions to optimize marketing campaigns.

Others -

• 4 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in internet companies (experience in building or growing consumer brands in the internet space is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and a flair for working with numbers. Hands-on experience with mobile and web analytics (implementation, modeling, and analysis).
• 4+ years of experience in Google AdWords, Facebook paid marketing, and content marketing, with a proven track record in customer acquisition and retention.
• Proficient in digital marketing, including SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Display Ads, Social Media Marketing, 5 - Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and more.
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, Cookies, A/B testing, etc.).
