Position Details: Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4years to 10 years

Industry Preference: Fintech & Broking Companies

Qualifications:

At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing
Prior experience designing full-funnel marketing campaigns for Brokerages, AMCs, Wealth-tech startups is a plus.
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic advertising, and analytics platforms
Proven creative taste, with the ability to evaluate, edit, and refine digital content so that it performs and engages better.
Strong analytical skills with experience in CAC, ROAS
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience targeting
Highly analytical, data-obsessed, and business-focused-you speak in numbers and act on insights
