Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Associate at HO Digital.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of Digital Marketing Agency experience
• Certification in Google Shopping Ads, Search Ads, Meta Ads will be a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of UGC/Influencer/Ecommerce Domain will be a plus

The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Ecommerce Domain), analyzing web analytics, implementing paid ads strategies, and utilizing UGC/social media marketing. This role will be based in Gurugram with flexibility for some remote work.

Job Role

• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others as needed.
• Conduct in-depth audience research and competitor analysis to define optimal targeting strategies.
• Craft compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively, utilizing bid strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement through A/B testing and optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure paid advertising efforts align with overall marketing objectives.

• Deploy and manage website tracking tools such as Google tags and pixel codes.

• Leverage Google Tag Manager to streamline tag implementation and management across the website.

• Generate comprehensive reports that provide insights into campaign performance and ROI.
