Ltd.Location: Work From Home (Must be available to visit Gurugram office when required)Position: Full-timeClients to Handle: Upto 8 active clientsExperience: 1.5 – 4 years preferred---⭐ About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Performance Marketer who can independently manage upto 8 client accounts, build high-performing ad campaigns, scale leads, optimize CAC, and deeply understand WhatsApp API funnels + CRM flows.You must be comfortable working with founders directly, planning ad strategies, launching campaigns, and ensuring consistent lead quality.This role is perfect for someone who is hungry to grow, takes responsibility, and wants to work in a high-growth marketing + SaaS environment.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign ManagementPlan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Linkedin and Google Ads campaigns.Strategize full-funnel campaigns (TOF → MOF → BOF).Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS) daily.Create and test multiple ad angles, creatives, and audiences.WhatsApp API + CRMSet up WhatsApp automation flows using Omx FlowBuild CRM pipelines, automations, tagging, segmentation, and follow-up flows.Integrate lead forms → WhatsApp → CRM → Email → Call Scheduling.Data & ReportingPrepare weekly performance reports for clients.Identify optimization opportunities based on data.Forecast monthly results and spending.Client CommunicationManage weekly calls with assigned clients.Understand client business, design strategies tailored to each niche.Ensure proper communication with design & content teams.Additional ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the basics of funnel building.Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad performance.Coordinate with implementation team for CRM improvements.📌 Required Skills1.5–4 years experience in Performance MarketingStrong experience running Meta & Google Lead/Conversion campaignsExperience integrating leads with WhatsApp APIExperience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, LeadSquared, GoHighLevel, Pabbly, Zoho, etc.)Ability to manage budgets between ₹50,000 to ₹5,00,000 per monthExcellent analytical and communication skillsSelf-driven, accountable, and problem-solving mindset⭐ Good to HaveExperience in real estate, SaaS, or service-based businessesBasic automation knowledgeExperience with retargeting funnelsUnderstanding of landing page optimization🏢 Work ModeWFHMust be available to come to Gurugram office whenever required for shoot, strategy, or team review.
