Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Chennai. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, optimizing marketing efforts across various channels, and analyzing performance data to improve outcomes. The role also involves budgeting, strategy development, conducting A/B testing, and ensuring KPIs are met to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising

• Experience with campaign optimization, A/B testing, and performance analysis

• Proficiency in data analytics tools and marketing automation platforms

• Knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and audience targeting strategies

• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven approach

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing agencies is an advantage
