Performance Marketing Manager

for these benchmarks -

• Daily Spend: ₹5L+
• ROAS: 4.5+
• CAC: Below ₹270 consistently

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute performance campaigns across

  Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  and

  Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)

  .
• Reduce CAC while improving ROAS, using strategic audience segmentation, creative testing, and funnel optimizations.
• Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel D2C campaigns focused purely on

  sales

  .
• Scale winning campaigns profitably—without efficiency loss.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams for high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Leverage data from GA4, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking, and custom dashboards to drive decisions.
• Conduct frequent

  A/B tests

  (ads, placements, creatives, audiences).
• Generate clear performance reports (CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, CTR, CPMs) and insights for stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years

  of hands-on experience in

  D2C/B2C performance marketing

  .
• Proven experience in

  Meta + Google Ads

  , with ₹3–5L/day budget experience.
• Strong track record of

  sales campaigns

  , not just lead-gen.
• Hands-on with

  GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Looker Studio

  , etc.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for optimizing CAC and maximizing ROAS.
• Experience running campaigns across India + international markets is a bonus.
• Fast executor with a test-and-learn attitude.
