Role Overview

The Performance Marketer plays a vital role in enhancing campaign efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall business growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies. This role emphasizes continuous optimization of campaigns, effective client communication, insightful reporting, and exploration of new opportunities for audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms to achieve defined KPIs.
• Monitor and guide the activities of the Social Media Marketing (SMM) team to ensure alignment with broader campaign goals.
• Attend client meetings to present campaign performance, collect feedback, and align on upcoming strategies.
• Leverage analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and Ad Managers to track campaign performance and user behavior.
• Prepare and deliver detailed monthly reports with metrics, insights, and action recommendations for clients.
• Manage and grow internal company business pages through regular updates, post boosting, and engagement monitoring.
• Continuously explore and test emerging platforms, tools, and advertising trends to expand marketing reach and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and delivery of high-quality marketing outputs.
• Plan and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, competitor analysis, and regular audits to improve website rankings, traffic, and overall visibility.

Expected Competencies

• Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and digital advertising ecosystems.
• Hands-on expertise with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and SEO practices.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Search Console.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategies and optimizations.
• Excellent client communication, presentation, and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
