Job Description

Job Title: HR Intern (Candidates from Calicut are preferred.)
Duration: 3 – 6 Months
Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, performance appraisals, HR documentation, and day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Maintain employee records and support HR documentation.
Provide assistance in HR administrative tasks and daily operations.
Support in performance appraisal activities.
Research HR trends and contribute to policy updates and improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR concepts such as recruitment, performance appraisal, and HR policies.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
