Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in West Delhi. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, managing PPC campaigns, conducting performance analysis, optimizing campaigns for better ROI, and utilizing SEO/SEM strategies. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing campaign performance, developing data-driven recommendations, conducting A/B testing, and continuously improving ad copy and creatives to enhance performance.


Qualifications

  • Experience in managing PPC campaigns and SEO/SEM strategies
  • Skills in performance analysis and optimization
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and web analytics tools
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in West Delhi
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in web design and development is a plus


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 

    2 years of hands-on experience

     in performance marketing/paid advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of 

    Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads

    , and other paid platforms.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.


Good to Have:

  • Certification in Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience with remarketing, programmatic ads, or affiliate marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
