Performance Marketer

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can go beyond just running ads. The ideal candidate is someone who knows how to analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and turn ad spends into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta & Google platforms
• Drive real revenue growth for clients, not just clicks
• Manage and optimize campaign budgets for maximum ROI
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance with clear, actionable insights
• Experiment with creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve performance
• Stay updated on latest trends and tools in performance marketing

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing / paid ads
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools
• Highly data-driven with expertise in campaign tracking & reporting
• Strong focus on ROI, conversions, and measurable results
• Ability to scale campaigns and deliver consistent growth
• A mindset that values smart marketing over big budgets

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
