Your job is to bring in reliable talent, set up clear onboarding, and maintain team performance. Key Responsibilities Run end-to-end hiring: job posts, screening, interviews and offers Create onboarding checklists and simple training plans Maintain basic HR processes (contracts, documentation, time tracking) Monitor performance, flag low-performers early, culture, track progress Help with team coordination and weekly check-ins Requirements 6 months+ experience in HR or recruitment (startup or agency preferred) Strong at screening candidates and spotting red flags early Good with tools like Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Clear communication, fast turnaround, high inputs and ownership mindset Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles What You Get Work directly with the founder Simple workflows, clear expectations Opportunity to grow with the company

What You'll Do: Launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Analyze campaign performance (CPAs, CTRs, ROAS) to find opportunities. Assist in A/B testing ad copy, audiences, and landing pages. Work directly with the Leadership team to understand high-level strategy and drive real client results.
