Preferred Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in paid marketing

Responsibilities-

• Audience Profiling: Deeply understand our target audience to ensurecampaigns are tailored for maximum resonance and eectiveness
• Strategic Campaign Planning: Carry out digital marketing plans, allocatingbudgets eciently across various channels
• Asset Development: Collaborate with the content & design team to ensuretimely creation of high-quality, optimized digital assets tailored for eachcampaign
• Campaign Launch: Execute and manage the launch of campaigns acrossmultiple platforms
• Continuous Optimization: Monitor campaign performance in real-time andadjust strategies as needed to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded
• Skills and Knowledge- Deep knowledge of key digital platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads, withthe ability to leverage their advanced features for optimal campaignperformance
• Demonstrated experience in both B2B and B2C campaigns
• Ability to dissect campaign data, extracting valuable insights andrecommendations for improvement
• Handle significant ad budgets, with a threshold of at least Rs 25 lakhs spendper month
• Comprehensive understanding of Meta and Google ad dashboards, ensuringbest practices are applied and maximum value is derived
• Experience in copywriting & video ad script writing is a significant advantage,though not mandatory
