About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven and data-oriented Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing principles and hands-on experience managing high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).-Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategies to meet performance targets (CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.).-Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.-Prepare and present campaign performance reports with insights and suggestions.-Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.-A/B test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to drive campaign efficiency.-Stay updated with the latest platform updates, tools, and industry trends.

Requirements:
-3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads.-Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals including conversion funnels, attribution models, and bidding strategies.-Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager.-Excellent data interpretation and decision-making skills.-Ability to manage budgets effectively and drive measurable ROI.-Strong communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint.

-Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other PPC/SEO tools.
