Title: Performance Marketing Specialist – Google & Meta Ads

Location: Sector 63 Noida

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies, A/B testing, various ad formats, and advanced conversion tracking techniques to drive measurable business results.



Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

• Implement structured A/B testing to enhance campaign performance across ad copy, creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.

• Set up and manage conversion tracking mechanisms using tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel to ensure accurate performance measurement.

• Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and create detailed performance reports for internal stakeholders.

• Define and manage campaign budgets, monitor KPIs, and consistently drive improvements in ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.

• Stay current on platform updates, advertising trends, and industry best practices to maintain competitive performance.



Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

• Deep knowledge of paid advertising formats including Search, Display, Video, Lead Gen, Remarketing, and Shopping Ads.

• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.

• Expertise in conversion tracking setup, pixel implementation, and attribution modeling.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize accordingly.

• Experience managing large budgets and driving measurable results in terms of lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue.

• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.



Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with landing page optimization tools such as Unbounce, Instapage, or Webflow.

• Experience with multi-channel campaign management (LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.).

• Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms is an added advantage.
