Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Performance Management Specialist. The position is on-site and located in Tiruppur. The Performance Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, managing employee performance programs, conducting performance reviews, analyzing performance data, and supporting overall performance management efforts to drive organizational success.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and experience in analyzing performance data
• Proficiency in Performance Appraisal and Performance Management
• Strong Program Management skills
• Understanding of Finance as it relates to performance management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Tiruppur
• Experience in the marketing or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
