Role: Performance Management (Assistant manager or Team leader) Job Location: Navi Mumbai, India. Work from Office. Roles & Responsibilities Assist in the design and delivery of performance management initiatives. Administer performance management systems and ensure data accuracy. Monitor and report on performance management program effectiveness. Provide support to employees and address their queries. Assist in the development of performance management materials and resources. Prepare reports and dashboards as needed by the region HR BP teams Provide support and guidance to team members. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather performance management requirements. Key Deliverables: Effective support for performance management programs. Accurate and up-to-date performance management system data. Positive employee feedback and engagement. Timely and accurate reporting on performance management activities. Key Functional and Operational Skills: Good organizational and coordination skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of global performance management operations Proficiency in Oracle and / or SuccessFactors HCM.SAP and / or Darwin Box Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 5-8 Yrs of experience of leading Performance Management Operations for multinational corporations.
