This hybrid role combines paid media copywriting (for platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn) with performance email writing, especially for remarketing flows and lead nurture sequences. You’ll collaborate closely with the growth and creative teams to test copy variations across the full funnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft high-converting ad copy for Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Write compelling email copy for remarketing flows, reactivation campaigns, and mid-funnel nurturing.
• Develop A/B test variants across both ads and emails to optimize CTRs, open rates, replies, and conversions.
• Ensure messaging consistency and tone across channels while adapting copy to fit context and intent stage.
• Collaborate with design and performance teams to shape creative direction and match messaging to audience segments.
• Analyze performance data to identify patterns and iterate on winning angles quickly.
• Assist in improving copy across landing pages, lead magnets, and email capture assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of performance-focused copywriting (ads and/or lifecycle/email).
• A strong portfolio with examples of ads and emails that drove measurable outcomes.
• Deep understanding of ad psychology, email lifecycle strategy, and messaging frameworks (AIDA, PAS, etc.).
• Experience working with ad platforms and email tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Customer.io).
• Ability to write concise, value-led copy tailored to specific customer segments.
• Proactive mindset—comfortable testing, learning, and iterating fast.

Bonus Points

• Experience with retargeting strategy and funnel mapping.
• Familiarity with SaaS buyer journeys or outbound lead generation.
• Background in copy for UGC/video ads or dynamic remarketing creatives.
• Comfort working in performance-driven environments (growth teams, agencies, DTC brands, etc.).
