SUMMARY OF ROLE

The RECRUITMENT SOURCING SPECIALIST will be using their previous experience in health care recruitment to support our US Partner Aya, drive clinician engagement, ensuring clinicians are scheduled into open shifts and maintaining high quality support for Aya front line health care Recruiters.

This role is critical to keep clinicians in work and ensuring that shifts are filled efficiently.

GUIDE TO RESPONSIBILITIES

• To own the clinician outreach programmes, serving as the primary point of contact for clinicians.
• Review unfilled shift data daily and proactively connect with clinicians with open assignments
• Engage with inactive clinicians to meet minimum shift requirements by presenting available opportunities
• To ensure that all clinicians are accurately and in a timely fashion entered onto the database. To ensure that all records are accurately entered and kept in date on the database.
• To provide administrative support to front line recruiters including managing tickets and task resolution, in respect of compliance criteria and onboarding, payroll and licensure queries

REQUIREMENTS

• ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  12 years experience in customer service, admin support, or coordination roles PREFERABLY WORKING WITH US OR UK ORGANISATIONS.
• Healthcare Staffing Experience

  STRONGLY PREFERRED

• ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  OF WORKING WITH ATS/CRM SYSTEMS
• Strong organizational skills WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL

• ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH

  , BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL, with the ability to follow structured workflows.
• Comfortable working US-aligned shifts (6:00 p.m.6:00 a.m. PT coverage).
