Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Support Account Managers in building and maintaining strong relationships with current clients.
Assist in meeting client staffing needs.
Submit candidates to clients and ensuring they have correct documentation.
Arrange pre-screening calls and interviews with candidates.
Create and send marketing emails for open roles to recruiters and vendors.
Ensure candidate databases are accurate.
Uploading confirmation letters and other documentation.
Reviewing contract details to ensure they are correct
Audit contract details to ensure accuracy, proactively reducing future errors.
Partnering with other teams and departments.
Assist with resolving invoice or timesheet errors, including travel expense queries.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree educated.
Experience in locum tenens staffing preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of organisational skills.
Customer-focused and committed to delivering an excellent experience.
Ambitious and career-driven with a desire to grow.
