Out of Hours Consultant Location: Pune, India (office-based) Contract: full-time, permanent Working Hours: Night shifts and rotational shift patterns At ID Medical, our mission is to connect and support the people and organisations who take care of our health every day. We are now seeking an Out of Hours Consultant to join our Nursing Division. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service and support to our Healthcare Professionals and Recruitment Consultants outside of standard business hours, ensuring a seamless 24/7 service. The Role As an Out of Hours Consultant, you will: Provide first-class support to Healthcare Professionals and recruitment consultants when core teams are unavailable Answer calls promptly, action tasks, and manage compliance requirements in line with agreed standards Assist with shift bookings and provide updates to recruitment consultants Handle queries and escalations with professionalism, ensuring quick resolutions Deliver accurate reporting and updates for management as required Your work will directly contribute to maintaining our reputation for reliability, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service What Were Looking For Degree-level education Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in healthcare or recruitment environments Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings Strong customer orientation and ability to remain calm under pressure Self-motivated with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Experience with candidate CRM systems is desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader is an advantage Why Join ID Medical? We are looking for a Nursing Client Team Facilitator to join our growing Nursing Division. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and motivated by delivering excellent service to both clients and colleagues. The Role As a Nursing Client Team Facilitator, you will play a vital part in supporting our Account Managers and ensuring smooth delivery of staffing solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Booking Healthcare Professionals into NHS vacancies quickly and accurately Promoting available shifts internally to ensure maximum fulfilment Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records on our internal systems Handling inbound communications from clients with professionalism Supporting Account Managers with administrative tasks and reporting Your work will directly contribute to achieving daily and monthly booking targets while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
