We are looking for a Nursing Client Team Facilitator to join our growing Nursing Division. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and motivated by delivering excellent service to both clients and colleagues.

The Role

As a Nursing Client Team Facilitator, you will play a vital part in supporting our Account Managers and ensuring smooth delivery of staffing solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Booking Healthcare Professionals into NHS vacancies quickly and accurately
• Promoting available shifts internally to ensure maximum fulfilment
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records on our internal systems
• Handling inbound communications from clients with professionalism
• Supporting Account Managers with administrative tasks and reporting

Your work will directly contribute to achieving daily and monthly booking targets while upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Degree at university level
• English language skills excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in the health/recruitment industry
• Familiar with working to and achieving KPI metrics
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
• Customer orientation and responsiveness
• Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure
• Outstanding self-management, influence management, information presentation, and interpersonal communication
• Experience with candidate CRM systems is desirable but not essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader is an advantage
