Job Title: UK Nursing Recruiter Location: Jaipur, India Shift Timings: 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday) Job Type: Full-Time Department: Healthcare Recruitment Reporting To: Recruitment Team Lead / Manager About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented UK Nursing Recruiter to join our recruitment operations team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for booking shifts for nurses across various UK hospitals and medical institutions , while also ensuring all compliance and documentation standards are met. This is an operational recruitment role focused on candidate coordination , shift scheduling , and client support ensuring nurses are accurately placed and fully compliant with UK healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with UK clients and internal teams to identify and fulfill staffing requirements for nurses. Book available nurses into open shifts using internal scheduling systems and ensure timely confirmations. Communicate shift details to both clients and nurses (location, timing, rate, responsibilities). Verify and maintain up-to-date compliance documents (e.g., NMC registration, DBS, right to work, training certificates). Track availability of nurses and maintain shift rosters accurately. Proactively follow up with nurses to ensure readiness, attendance, and documentation compliance. Handle any last-minute changes, cancellations, or shift issues with professionalism and urgency. Keep detailed and accurate records in the recruitment CRM or scheduling system. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, healthcare staffing, or shift booking (UK market experience is a plus). Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and documentation is an advantage. Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
