Job Description

The People Operations Specialist partners extensively with internal stakeholders and external partners to inform, design, and deliver solutions that inspire and empower our people to go further, faster. The role holder will work with the People Operations Manager and work with them to manage end to end HR operations from hire to retire at the region. The role holder is required to be innovative and logical in thinking about connecting people, processes, and technology, and use strong analytical and problem-solving skills, process excellence, and systems knowledge to elevate the HR operational capabilities and the employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Help the HR Operations Manager drive end-to-end people operations solutions, including but not limited to HR processes, policies and practices, that meet business needs and compliance obligations
  • Follow-through on new and existing total rewards projects and programs; communicate with employees to explain benefit programs and provide superior service by identifying issues, educating, and managing escalations
  • Develop relationships with employees and stakeholders, build systems for effective query management and solutioning
  • Collaborate on and work on total rewards programs which impact candidates, employees, and partners as part of our employer value proposition, including materials for our annual benefits enrollment
  • Build process excellence to elevate the firm from start-up phase to robust, best in class people operations capability

Qualifications:

  • Master s Degree in human resources or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year or related experience in a complex organization required; including demonstrated involvement with leading high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture; experience in capability center or start up environment preferred
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to network and problem solve
